By using Mentor Pod by Birth Care Pod, you agree to these basic terms.
What the site is
Mentor Pod is a community-led map of mentorship-related resources for birthworkers. It is intended to help people discover groups, programs, trainings, office hours, communities, and learning materials.
Submissions
When you submit a resource, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have permission to share the public-facing resource details and link.
Review before listing
Submitting a resource does not guarantee that it will appear on the site. Submissions may be reviewed, edited for clarity, delayed, declined, or removed.
No vetting or endorsement
Mentor Pod does not verify, vet, certify, supervise, or endorse listed resources, providers, groups, or programs unless a page explicitly says otherwise. A listing means only that the resource was submitted or identified as potentially useful.
No professional advice
The site is not medical, legal, business, mental health, or professional advice. Users should evaluate resources independently and use their own judgment before joining, hiring, paying, or relying on anyone listed.
Third-party resources
Many resources listed on the site are run by third parties. Mentor Pod is not responsible for their content, conduct, pricing, availability, outcomes, or privacy practices.
Community builder codes
Referral or community builder codes help us understand who is sharing the map. They do not create ownership, employment, partnership, payment rights, ranking rights, or any obligation unless we separately agree in writing.
Site changes
We may change, pause, remove, reorganize, or discontinue parts of the site at any time, especially while the project is in early MVP form.
Updates or removals
If you believe a listing is inaccurate or should be removed, submit an updated note through the site and clearly explain the issue.
These terms are intentionally simple for the current MVP and may be updated as the project becomes more formal.
